All out-of-area teams will be staying at one of our host hotels. If your team will be housed at the DoubleTree Hotel please encourage your traveling fans and parents to make their reservations at the DoubleTree as well. The DoubleTree Hotel has provided our Tournament with competitive room rates. Over the dates of December 26th through the 30th, the team room rate will be $85.00 per room plus tax. The room rate for parents/fans is $91.00 per room plus tax. The code to be used Team members is HPP; for family and friends is HPF. Please speak to Barbara Thor at 858-764-0273 when making your reservations. The telephone number for the Double Tree Hotel is 858-481-5900. The cut-off date for making your reservations is November 26, 2009. Reservations requests received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. We ask that parents take the single rooms (Kings) and leave the doubles for the students. Please remind all students to have appropriate behavior.
